Escape to Blue Ridge Mountains?!

In the book, the mountain and the valley are located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, in North Carolina, I believe.

Really? Thats awesome, I used to live in the Georgia Blue Ridge mountains. Actually, my town was called Blue Ridge too!
