DVD commentary: Annette Crosby, Tim West and David Gorrie

I have the 2008 Acorn US/region 1 DVD set. It has commentaries for 4 episodes and also commentary behind a slide show of production photos. The commentary is from a few years earlier; 2003, I think. Was there a UK/region 2 boxed set released around that time?

I have to say that the commentary is great! I could listen to it repeatedly. Lots of tidbits about filming and also other interesting stories unrelated to the series.

From my knowledge, the Acorn/US set's special features originated from the UK/Region DVD set, referred by its original title: EDWARD THE SEVENTH.
