Yes, Tornado of Knives is in this movie, he's the guy that fought the Indian man with the arm extensions in the tournament.

I just watched the movie again, and typed down the names of the fighters when I heard them. The number is the number of the fight in the tournament they were in, and a is the fighter on the left, b is the fighter on the right. These are the nicknames of the fighters. If there's a (?) next to their name, it means that I probably got the name wrong because I couldn't understand the announcer with his weird voice, and I just typed what I heard. If anyone can correct these (?) ones, it'd be great. Here they are:
