The body count

This is one of my favorite pictures. It's a murder/mystery, full of suspense. I love all the different characters and the dialogue. If you've watched it already, go back and start counting how many people get killed in this movie, and think about if this was real-life...how would CNN and Fox handle it?

On another matter...there are times in the picture where the dialogue is so muddled and muffled, you couldn't follow what was said. For example, in the very first scene in the antique store in The French Quarter, half of what is said is unintelligible. Also, with Newman in the deserted Cajun bar, talking to the bartender who offers him a "Coon-ass Beer"...I had to watch three times to pick up what was said...although, I suppose, that was the point of the scene.

I think it was the fake accent of the people, it didn't seemed muddled to me.
