I know I know, his WIFE was a bit MUCH, but there's something about her I just ADORED. She was just PURE COMEDY to me.

According to the documentary 'The Dog' she did get some money off of the story.

Sorry, in last post I was thinking of real Angie. The actress was incredible, almost thought she was Ricki Lake, but I guess she was probably 5 at the time.

Lol, I love her too! Maybe because I'm a New Yorker and she's like a caricature of "Jewish mother guilt" that I'm familiar with.

The real Angie looked and sounded almost just like the actress. She was interviewed in "The Dog" documentary. Sadly I think she passed a few years ago. Her name was Carmen Bifulco.

About three of the main cops and the bank manager guy who was a hostage seemed smart, but all of the women in this movie were portrayed as stupid, silly, or annoying.
