I think it's up for you to decide whether the movie is right or wrong to watch. If you don't feel comfortable watching it, then don't. If you can watch it without feeling guilt then you should. My personal opinion is that you should judge on the basis of the individual film rather than say "all occult horror movies are evil." I think you should look at what the story is trying to say as a whole rather than just generalizing and saying "this movie has dark themes and features demonic entities so therefore it must be evil" like many do. Many horror films feature battles between good and evil where good triumphs. Also in many horror films people call on the name of Jesus to defeat the evil entities, show the cross to frighten the wicked vampires away, the one that is most pure is usually the last survivor, etc., which are all very Christian values. I think it's irresponsible and misinformed to say "all horror movies are wicked and sinful" because many promote Christian values. But in other films such as this evil prevails so I can see why that might be problematic for someone of faith.
I really do think it's up to the individual to decide what they should or shouldn't watch. If you're not comfortable watching something then don't, but at least you aren't trying to get it banned or censored.
