If not the worst film ever made it must certainly be one of the funniest

This is one of those films that's so bad it's funny, which then ironically makes it good, to me the worst films are the boring ones but this is far too funny to be boring.

Yeah i did watch it on BBC2 the other night but i first saw it in the early 90's i remember it being very funny that's why i watched it again.
It's obviously a sad attempt to cash in on the success of Rosemary's Baby and The Exorcist but what the makers of this film failed to recognise was the thing that made those films great was a sense of paranoia, 'is Rosemary suffering from some sort of anxiety related condition' or 'does Regan have some of brain tumor or some form of epilepsy', what neither of them have is a baby pushing a woman into a pond whilst sitting in a pram.

Indeed. The quick frame shot exchange of the baby and the dwarf was the highlight of the movie. Must admit though, watching it for the nostalgia and location sceneries of early 70's London were somewhat eye-catching.

I just finished watching the movie and I was shocked to see how many people actually dislike it. I expected to come here seeing rave reviews. I personally thought the film was enjoyable. Not the best I've seen, but certainly not the worst. The cast was awesome. Joan Collins, Donald Pleasance, and Caroline Munro are three of my favorite actors so to see them all three in the same movie was a treat.

At times, it plays like a parody of satanic possession films.

I'm watching it now. I recorded it on Turner Classic Movies (TCM).

This movie is pure CAMP!
