Kind of like a live-action Ralph Bakshi cartoon...

...but funnier, imo. Just watched this on TCM (God bless 'em!) and it definitely puts the F in WTF. Too silly to be offensive, great music, wacky sound effects. My favorite gags: cop car with giant light on top (it takes up the whole roof) and siren that sounds like a ufo: it makes no sense but I laughed every time it showed up; and the three punk kids who harass the ice cream man/drug dealer: one would start a sentence, the second would continue it, the third would finish it, just like Huey, Dewey and Louie!
