But Vic & Blood were best friends, and there was nothing else to eat. Plus Vic was used to Blood's senses when scurraging for food.

One of the best endings I've seen in a film.

I agree with your judgment of her character. Even when only using the time Vic himself spent with her, we see that she'll point a gun at him one moment, and confess her undying love to him the next.

I just watched this movie last night and loved it!

I would have fed the girl to my dog just like Albert did. The dog is the one thing keeping him alive in the world, she would have just gotten him killed.

I love the pun in the end; great film!

Albert is a joke name Blood calls Vic by. It's a reference to calling someone "Einstein" when you're insulting their intelligence.

In this case, he's right. This woman had used Vic all along and she was clearly going to use him some more. Blood on the other hand basically raised Vic and taught him everything he knew.

I admit it would have been a tough decision if the woman was anything respectable, but she was a power hungry, manipulating witch from what we seen.

And remember that blood isn't just a dog, we should treat him like a human was in his position. If he was just a dog then the morality would have been different but in this circumstance I think I would have done the same.

Not to say Vic is a good guy, far from it, but he did make the right decision in my eyes.

Plus the ending was hilarious.

And for all those feminists you know he thought twice, if it was a guy he would have killed him outright and maybe even had a piece himself.

under the circumstances, I would keep blood most definitely.

and for the poster who said thats the reason she hates men, im sure you hate men for a bunch of other reasons other then that... it's usually from a past childhood experience. you should stay away from jerks and learn to accept the man for who he is and not judge him based on the last butt hole... not all men are jerks but if you believe they are, then you have made your mind up long before you even had the chance to get to know them. thats your fault, not theirs.

Albert wouldnt of survived without blood, blood was also his Teacher, mother and father in many ways. oh and he found him women.

All that bitch did was trick him into comming down under and almost dying. he saves her and she *beep* him over again. oh and albert was a straight up rapist. he would of raped her if she didnt give into it.

I don't entirely agree. Morality is just very different in an apocalyptic scenario. It's not as cut and dry as it is in our modern world.

I believe that Blood was a much more valuable friend than she was, only reason I think she was with him by that point was security. She woulda left once she got tight with somebody stronger. So if it was between those two options I would have fed her to Blood, but if I was just in that situation, I'd make her carry blood and start moving immediately, asking blood the whole time if he smelled anything edible. There'd be more risk in my decision, but even if she is a heartless bitch she's still useful to have around. She's hot and likes to bang, you can also teach her some useful stuff so she can be otherwise useful too. But I'm not sure I'd be able to destroy a human life that I had a connection with (at one point) just to eat her or watch my dog eat her meat, turning her whole life into just another of the countless meals you during your life.

First off Vic was a rapest to begin with. The only reason why he didn't rape her is because he had some feelings for her and got to know her so some morals came out of him. She was alright in the beginning, but than when you see her in the unground world shes a power hungry b*tch. She didn't really love him or she would've reliazed he loves Blood and would've been alright with helping him. He sees that in her and reliazes this in a way. Maybe killing her isn't what i'd do, but he was already lacking morals like we do from the world hes in. We did see he felt a lil' bad though. She was pretty hot though, but after i saw her real personality kinda made her seem uglier. It was a perfect ending anyways!

The morals and rules in the world changed. In the future, It's ok to rape women (just don't kill them if they still got a few uses left).

What would "you" have done if you were in his situation... well, "you" wouldn't be "you" anymore because everything that makes you "you" would have changed, so "you" would have changed as well.

Hence, any answer to this question is trivial.

If I was in Vic's situation, I would be Vic, so I would have done what Vic did.

Its a simple choice, and one thats not regrettable at all.

Kill the girl and feed the dog, the dog has been a loyal companion for years, the bond of trust is very strong. The woman was ok at first but was quick to betray, power hungry, and would sell you down the river as her "follower lover" was.

Vic did the right thing with this one, she was not to be trusted and didn't care about the only other thing in his life, Blood. Had she been a good woman and worth keeping they easily could get one of the fresh kills from bellow but she just wants to go back down to rule.

One sad thing is that Blood was rarely wrong so I doubt Vic would have a delema had she been ok, but noth Vic and Blood won, Vic got to nail her, Blood got a meal.
