May Don Rest in Peace

Amen to that. My parents took me to this film when I was 8-years-old. What great memories and what a treat to watch two great comics bringing slapstick back to the big screen. Before "Star Wars" came out in '77, Disney films like "Gus," "No Deposit, No Return," and "The Shaggy D.A." were the only game in town as far as kids' movies were concerned. Knotts & Conway livened up many a Disney feature in the '70s. Rest in peace, Don. And thank you.

I fourth that. Although I have never seen this movie, I have seen his others like the ghost and mr. chicken, the love God, how to frame a figg, and the Andy Griffith Show. Genius, pure genius. He was so funny. I'm only 14 but I've seen enough Don Knotts to know how funny he was.
