Why Does This Movie Have Such Bad Ratings?

I don't understand why this movie has such bad ratings on imdb. I wonder if the people who rated it poorly have even seen it. It's better than many modern comedies and it's one of the funniest older movies that I've ever seen.
This movie is very good. I am a rather harsh critic of films, too. This movie entertained me all the way through. There were many clever and hilarious quotes, colorful and likable characters, nice variety from one scene to the next, and exciting action at every turn.
Perhaps the only minor problem that I could find was that the movie had a very few unrealistic parts. Decisions were sometimes made very flippantly. For example, Donovan was hesitant to buy the Benson place, but quickly agreed once he saw Dusty in a dress. Another time, Amos suggested that he and Theodore go back to town and promise the sheriff that they wouldn't rob banks anymore. Theodore was completely against the idea until Amos said, "We could even cross our hearts." Theodore then said, "Now, that's worth thinking about." I could see Amos being very whimsical like that, but not Theodore. Theodore was too smart for that. Many of these whimsical moments were added for comedy.
Overall, I think the movie deserves a rating of at least an 8.0.

6.4 isn't that bad. Better than it deserves.
