Here in Brazil Amici Miei has been released on DVD as Meus Caros Amigos. However, subtitles are only in italian or portuguese. Would it be of any use for you? If so let me know and I'll give you more details.

I bought them from Italy (Rome) in a 3dvd pack (Amici miei, Amici miei Atto 2 & 3)
and the movies feature 5.1 surround sound but only italian subtitles for the hearing impaired.
I am from Greece and now i see in some sites that they will be out in Greece in a couple of weeks.
I'll let you know the details as soon as i buy it.

Too bad and strange that the movie have not english subtitles
The plot is very funny with dark and sad humor ; the actors were actually the finest available.
