What I wonder about is how many people got seriously hurt after seeing the movie thinking that wild animals are all friendly and non aggressive as long as you don't wish them harm.
By today's standards, this movie would be considered irresponsible film making and animal activists would be protesting the movie for its unrealistic depiction of wild animals as being fun and friendly house pets. share

That's what I was thinking. How many kids got bit by rabid raccoons or mauled by bears that weren't as friendly as their onscreen counterparts? Park officials always say not to feed the bears, this movie has them behave like friendly stray dogs. share
