I just got that email, too. I have already pre-ordered mine at amazon for $20.99.

Dont expect it anytime soon.Shortly after your initial post,Amazon was scolded for putting up a pre-buy.I hear they took it down,then put it up,and then took it down again.Its currently 1 day after the supposed release date,and Amazon is only e-mailing people who wish to know when the title is available.I'm thinking they are having second thoughts of releasing it,probably by judging from Amazons pre buys.

Amazon put that "complete series" of "Rocky and Bullwinkle" up for pre-order with an really over inflated price - probably didn't get many pre-orders for that. Didn't stop that from coming out.

Last night, I was lying back looking at the stars and I thought...where the *beep* is my ceiling???
1 year and 2 months after the announcement of this DVD set and my pre-ordering of it from Amazon.com. It was supposed to be released in Nov. 16th, 2010 and I've gotten monthly email announcements from Amazon.com that they were still trying to complete this order. Today I got an email saying they cancelled the order because they weren't going to be able to get it. I guess this show will never be released on DVD. I don't see what could have held the release up or why they even announced it in the first place if they were going to pull it from the release schedule just a couple of months later.

Yeah, I got that email from TVShowsondvd.com, too.
3 years later and now we're getting MOD disks instead of manufactured disks at a price $4 more than when I pre-ordered it 3 years ago when it was originally announced. But I am glad that I may finally get this show on DVD.
Hopefully this one will actually be released. It is April Fools Day, so I'll believe it when I see it. After all I, along with many others, believed them the first time.

On the day this is supposed to be released I finally got an email from Amazon.com confirming that they are about to ship the DVDs and it should be here in the next week.
They also dropped the price over $6 from the $24.99 price when I ordered it. It's now listed at $18.71, which is what they'll charge me because of their price guarantee. I checked just this morning and it was still listed at $22.99.
