Debralee Scott Hotsy Totsy

How many episodes featured Debralee Scott

The only one that comes to mind is the episode in which she claims to be pregnant by one of the Sweathogs. I'll never forget the night that it aired. I must have been around ten. They had a warning at the beginning stating that a mature theme was involved and that adult supervision was advised.

She was in a lot of episodes. Another that comes to mind was when the Sweathogs were having a contest against another class, and she was the cheerleader. She would jump and and yell, "Give me an S...etc": and Kotter would say, "Rosalie, give it to me later!"

During the third season, they introduced a female Sweathog, Melanie Haller as Angie, lasting only ten episodes, conveniently forgetting that the first season featured at least three female Sweathogs. In the first two shows (the Pilot and "The Election"), Catarina Cellino was Vinnie's main squeeze. Susan Lanier ("The Hills Have Eyes") did two as Bambi, another Vinnie conquest ("California Dreamin'" and "Father Vinnie"). It was in "California Dreamin'" that Travolta first does his "Ba Ba Ba, Ba Ba Barino" song that drove the girls wild, and earned him his first recording contract ("Grease" further proved that he was very good). But the best of all was Debralee Scott as Rosalie "Hotsy" Totsy, just before her co-starring turn on MARY HARTMAN, MARY HARTMAN. Introduced in "Whodunnit?" she also did "The Great Debate" (James Woods, Helaine Lembeck), "No More Mr.Nice Guy," and "Classroom Marriage" (which introduced Vernee Watson as Vernajean, who continued into the second season). She made a return appearance during the third season in an episode scripted by Gabe Kaplan, appropriately titled "The Return of Hotsy Totsy," where she is revealed to be working as a stripper to pay the bills and raise a child. Kaplan scripted other shows, and Robert Hegyes even directed one.

I think Debralee should have been in more episodes. Her character really fit in with the sweathogs, even if she could'nt be a regular they still should have used her more on the show. She was great sad she died so young

In 2005 Debralee Scott decided to move to Florida to live with her sister. Soon after her arrival in Florida, she collapsed and lingered in a coma for several days. Three days later, on April 5, 2005 she took a nap and apparently died in her sleep.

Her footage in "Sweathog Christmas Special" was recycled from her first appearance in "Whodunit?"
