after some looking and recognizing most of the stars in this, i wanted to check it out again (well pretty sure "again", this would have been an allowed show back in the childhood). Can't seem to find any recorded version (vhs or dvd) out there. anyone tell me different??
shareUnfortunately, the interest in digitally remastering and releasing the episodes of this series on DVD is just not there.
Sure, a few people remininece about the series, but I doubt many people are going to go out and buy the complete series on DVD. The few exceptions are people like me who are looking to complete their collection on Irwin Allen's productions. It's up to 20th Century-Fox to release the series on DVD....if enough interest were there, it would've happenned already.

shareI would settle for a copy on VHS or even YouTube. Or, since 20th Century is not interested in releasing it, I'd settle for a bootleg copy of the pilot and a couple of episodes. Seems like one of the studios was releasing old film on demand.
I would get a DVD set of the series. However, it should be remembered: this is no classic! It is okay. But no classic.
I enjoyed the series in the 1970s.
I am running out of things to watch as nearly all the old shows are now on DVD.

Thanks....I think the entire "Swiss Family Robinson" series has a good chance of being reissued as the 'bonus feature' if/when LOST IN SPACE is reissued in Blu-ray.
