episode 'lessons in fear'

i love watching the remaining season 2 SWAT episodes on both AXN and HULU, but both sites are missing episode LESSONS IN FEAR. if whoever owns the sites out there read this, please know that allthe episodes from season 2 are available except that one. please do what must be done to include that one in the sites.
