Phyllis's maiden name

In the Mary Tyler Moore episode "My Brother's Keeper", we meet Phyllis's brother, whose name is Ben Sutherland; so, we can infer that "Sutherland" is Phyllis's maiden name. But wasn't there an episode of Phyllis where she cites a different maiden name?
