can someone PLEASE tell me what happenrs in the frirst ep of Phylis as I have neve seen it ?! thank you

Basically, Phyllis just arrives in San Francisco with her daughter Bess from Minneapolis, and moves in with her late husband Lars' mother Audrey and her second husband Jonathan, who is a judge. They have a party to welcome her back to San Francisco and to get reacquainted with old friends. At this party, she meets Julie, her future boss. She finds out from Audrey that Lars dated Julie and Phyllis at the same time, and had actually proposed to Julie first but she didn't accept. Phyllis pounded the pavement and couldn't find a job. She was reluctant about trying for the job at Julie's photography studio because of what she knew about her and Lars. But she needed the job, so she went down there anyway. Julie, voice of reason as always, reassures Phyllis that she and Lars were perfect together, there's nothing to feel threatened about. And they become fast friends and Phyllis gets the job. That's pretty much it.
There's a very funny scene at Lars' memorial where everybody is in black and Phyllis shows up at the top of the stairs in an orange ensemble. Judge Jonathan Dexter (Henry Jones), with sly wit and a great sense of delivery, quips, "Why do I think we're all supposed to break into "Hello Dolly"?"
