I have to wonder if co-starring with Boyd Gaines was difficult for him. Boyd was smokin' HOT and you have to wonder if Glenn had a crush on him!
IMO the one who was smokin' hot was Max/Michael Lembeck! If anyone, I think Glenn would have a crush on him! But than maybe Glenn wasn't fully aware of his preference for men yet?

I like facial hair on men most of the time,but for him I think it hides his beautiful facial bone structure and cute smile too much! Well heck, I wouldn't kick him out of bed for having a beard either though! LOL! Either way he's hot!
If you really want to see Michael at his hottest, he was in two movies I recently purchased.The Boys in Company C from 1978 and Gorp from 1980! It shows him cussing, drinking, being a total horn dog! And a few shirtless scenes,and in Gorp a glimpse of his cute butt even! And really showcases his acting skills well,that playing on a Prime time TV show really didn't let his full talent shine through!
And now we are coming up to Season 9 ODAAT on Antenna, my heart skipping a beat!
Yes, I can see why you would say that, especially in the episode called Dear Max! I didn't approve of his character's behavior but whoah, the look on Barbara's face after he kissed her.
Oh you mean "The nearness of you"! I LOVED the kiss scene in that! Wished it could have lasted longer and got to more hugging and other stuff! Compared to how he acted in Gorp,he was like a boy scout here !!! LOL!!!

It must have been so tough on Glenn at that earlier, less evolved time, being gay and having to pretend like he was straight for the public, what an awful psychological burden it must have been for him. People should be able to be open about that kind of thing and I am glad they are now. I thought it was kind of mean to put him in that dumb wig and infantilize him like that. Not necessary.
Ann was so mad at the way Alex initially dismissed and humiliated good hearted Schneider and his friends that her necklace spun around in anger. She should have let the two men work things out for themselves at the end though, Schneider understood the situation and accepted it for what it was. Her over the top head spinning at that point rang false to this viewer.
Yes! And I think Ann was totally wrong how she made poor Alex with his twisted ankle mop up the hallway! In "Buyers remorse" yesterday, this didn't have anything to do with the story, Bob just getting married, an airsick bride,Bob still holding a torch for Barbara.It was of course just a way for the writers to get Ann and Mark out of the room for a while so Bob could be alone with Barbara !
Anyway, poor Alex!! That hurts like H*ll to twist an ankle ,I sprained mine before and it's painful! OK Alex's turned out to be OK, but they didn't know that at the time! Schneider had no idea what happened just that someone dragged dirt/mud into his hallway. Had he known it was Alex running in hurt, he wouldn't have been mad!! But leave it to Ann to make the poor kid go out and mop the hall after he just hurt himself! Why couldn't She have just mopped it? Or I bet if Schneider was told Alex got hurt,he would have done it himself!
It seems like it is always Ann's time of the month.

I know! It like smacked you in the face every time he was in a scene with them on! So he wears them around the house? In front of Julie? Hmm.I'm wondering would that be an embarrassing thing for Barbara ? Or would it be like "look sis,look what I get to have every night,haha"!! And would it be awkward for Julie? Would she be sneaking a peak or averting her eyes from the area in question? And Barbara would have let him go over her Mother's wearing them? I'd be like Honey maybe you want to cover that up a little bit!
OMG I wonder what Bonnie,Valerie and MacKenzie were thinking about his endowment? I wonder if they discussed it among themselves and and giggled??? And poor little Glenn,he was probably thinking , WOW!!
