Did he marry Gwen in the finale or not? I read somewhere that he did... Which strikes me as hilarious. And a little scary.

Do TV series really need spoiler warnings almost 30 years after they leave the air? And does asking a question about what may or may not have happened constitute a spoiler anyway?

No, Larry didn't marry Gwen in the series finale. He proposed, but she initially rejected at first. At the end, she accepted.
