Did Robert Blake kill his wife?

Was he innocent or guilty in your view? Another example of celebrity justice?

I think he did it. Even more than OJ Simpson did his crime.

It was celeb justice plus inept police work. For a not-so-bright guy with a lousy story, he managed to get away with it.

Like the OJ trial this case is a stinging indictment of our criminal justice system! :(

There is absolutely no doubt O.J. murdered two people. There is some doubt in the Blake case, but I believe he probably did it.

Was Bush president? Duh

reply

He had motive but not opportunity. He went back into the restaurant, went back outside and came back almost immediately saying his wife had been shot. The gun on his person was not the murder weapon, which was found several blocks away while he was still at the scene of the crime.
Could he have had someone else kill her? Can't answer that.

He did it, he got off, end of discussion

reply

Fortunately for everyone else, no discussion is ever ended just because you say it is.

I believe Blake probably did it, or was responsible for having someone else do it, but, unlike the O.J. case, there is reason for some degree of doubt.
