Why Isn't this on Cozi TV?

For the same reason why the show won't be finished on DVD. The existing tape transfers that were being used for cable airings went up in the 2008 Universal fire. In order for the show to be seen again Universal would have to pay to master new tape transfers from the original 35mm film elements and because of the costs that are involved they're not going to do that unless a cable channel wants them bad enough to pick up the tab for the costs. So that means hold on to your older recordings and the S1 DVD release because that's all there's going to be unless a set of old tape masters turns up somewhere else. "Switch" and several other Universal shows are in the same position.
