This or The Hunger Games: Mockingjay?

I saw Zerkalo recently it was a really good movie. I am interested to hear your opinion on which is a better film Zerkalo or The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 (2015)? It may sound like a weird comparison but hear me out.

I chose the second part of Hunger games because it the most artistic of the trilogy. I think it is on par (and in some places surpases) with Tarkovsky's masterpiece. Mockingjay has stronger a stronger cast - Jenifer Lawrence is at the top of her game while Zerkalo has only a few Russian nonames and not a single Hollywood greats. Also Mockingjay is just more exciting.

Zerkalo's strong part is it's costumes - simply marvelous and it wins in the horizont. FACT.

But I believe the strongest part of HG:M to be it's artistic value and social commentary on our consumerist society and the industrialization of family values.

I know I will get called out for my point of view. But I simply believe Mockingjay to be a better film. Maybe it's just natural order of how the film industry progresses - the newer the film, the better.

I thought it was a weird comparison, but you never really convinced me otherwise.

Pffft, what?

Jenifer Lawrence is at the top of her game

I actually think Margarita Terekhova gave a better performance, but whatever.

Zerkalo has only a few Russian nonames and not a single Hollywood greats.

This is a joke post, right? So you are removing points from a movie because it doesn't have George Clooney or whoever in it?

Zerkalo's strong part is it's costumes

What? Seriously? I didn't even notice them. I'd say it is far stronger in direction.

But I believe the strongest part of HG:M to be it's artistic value and social commentary on our consumerist society and the industrialization of family values.

You do realize just how many movies have messages like this right?

But I simply believe Mockingjay to be a better film.

And hopefully you are alone in that.

Maybe it's just natural order of how the film industry progresses - the newer the film, the better.

obvious troll is obvious...
btw, JLaw could only dream to be as good of an actress as Terekhova is - Hollyweird glamour and hype notwithstanding. I had tears in my eyes while watching Terekhova on screen, while none of the Hollywood bimbos ever extracted that emotion from me
