Isn't this a misnomer? It is not a year without Santa Claus. Santa Claus does come.

Shouldn't it be called "The Year ALMOST without a Santa Claus"?

Christmas might still be Christmas even without santa albeit not so good.

They didn't want to spoil the ending.
