Who was the truck driver?

First of all, this movie is a pretty incredible accomplishment. The hammy acting at the pimp summit is more memorable than my mother's funeral.

But I have a question: who is the actor that played the angry truck driver in the scene where Willie Dynamite is being chased by the cops? The cop car slams into the side of a large cargo truck, and there's a quick shot of the driver (wearing a red t-shirt) jostling in his seat. He then leans out the window in 100% convincing desperation and yells, "What the f--k is going on heah?"

I'm not joking when I say that this is among the very best line deliveries I've ever seen on film. I'm obsessed. If there's ANY chance that anyone can tell me who this actor is? I've never had any aspirations to be a film director, but I'd change all that to give this guy a shot at playing a lead in a movie. He is pure gold.

Thanks,
Zack Carlson

I had to do a double take on that, too.

I thought he bore a resemblence, in appearance and voice, to the late Chris Penn.
