Is this scene from this film? Help appreciated.

About 30 years ago I saw 10 minutes of a film on TV, and one scene in particular that I saw has stuck with me ever since and I've never been able to learn which film it was from. Then tonight I found out about Vase de Noces and wonder if this is might just be what I saw, even though I highly doubt it has been on UK TV! The scene involved a man waking up in bed, then feeling kind of distressed as he lies there in bed (kind of like the guy in The Godfather!). He slowly pulls back the bed clothes to reveal he has the body of a pig! The image kind of shocked me as I was pretty young, and maybe that's why it's stayed in my mind all these years. Seeing as its story involves human/pig hybrids, does anyone know if this scene is like anything in Vase de Noces? Thanks.

the movie you're referring to is probably "Oh Lucky Man" by Lindsay Anderson.
In this scene, Malcolm McDowell pulls back the clothes of a man in distress and you see that he has the body of a pig.
It's from the 70s, it's a UK Movie (a very great one by the way) and the scene resembles the one you described - so i'm pretty sure that's the movie we're talking about.
