12 Creature Features Dvd Set Version Question

The version on this set is from Mill Creek and is in widescreen, but very grind house looking. Washed out and scratched up quite a bit(which adds to my love of the movie even more). My question is: Is this version Uncut? Thank you.

To the best of my knowledge it is the uncut version. It is the same version from when it used to play on cable back in the 70s. If there is another version floating around out there I would love to see it.

Thank you! It's one of my fav golden age drive in horror films.

That's the version I have as well. I'm reading other threads on this board and apparently there is a scene with Vernon's dad and the dad's girlfriend. Those characters didn't appear in this version so I think that was the only thing cut out. Anyways, I love the way the DVD looks, too. To me, it adds to the drive-in/grindhouse feel which I love. I know that most people these days are HD maniacs and if it isn't so crystal clear that you can count each individual pore on the actors' faces, then they won't watch it. While some movies (like Suspiria and the Hammer films which rely heavily on color) look better in high definition, not all movies need it and I don't think this is one that does.
