i have to find the themetune to thats entertainment, does anyone know what it is called or where i can get it please?

By clicking on "soundtrack listing" we learn that the name of the "That's Entertainment!" theme song is "That's Entertainment" by one Arthur Freed and Howard Dietz, originally performed by Fred Astaire, Nanette Fabray, Jack Buchanan, and Oscar Levant in 1953's "The Band Wagon."
It's a great song, isn't it?
Has the song ever been released (on CD or DVD) without the vocals, but with the original arrangement? What I mean is, the way it sounded on "The MGM Parade" TV show end credits, but full length. I was disappointed that the DVD of "The Band Wagon" doesn't have a "Jukebox" bonus feature with stuff like that.
