Dvd Release?


Surely they must have plans to release this on dvd it's way over due.
I recall catching most of this on sky movies late one night,Being a massive Segal Fan i think it's pretty good

I agree. This is an excellent movie which deserves to be on DVD with all the extras. Much better than today's short attention span society would give it credit for.

It's highly relevant to today's world as well. Replace the wires with today's over-prescribed Ritalin, SSRI's, and other similar drugs, and you'll see what I mean.

Thank you for posting the link. I have a very crappy VHS version of this movie but would love to see a higher quality version. Unfortunately, it seems the d/l is for Windows-based PC users only.

Warner Bros. currently offers the film as a streamable, or 'CD-R on demand' product and will not be releasing it in any other retail format anytime soon. The file is based on a Laserdisc edition, and has not been remastered. Hopefully Criterion decides to put this one out.
