I've always liked this movie; so many good lines. But my favourite moment is when Garber meets the Police captain, not knowing he's black. He says "I thought you were ... a bigger guy."

The look on the cop's face was priceless.

I always thought the Japanese might stay and have some input on catching the robbers later. Lol.

The thing that I like about the "racial" humor in it is that it wasn't mean-spirited. That's the difference between politically-incorrect humor from back in the day and what it is now. Racial humor was affectionate and about making fun of prejudice, not inflaming tensions and giving the racists new fodder to play with.
