Ahh, a more innocent era?

Applying a 21st century Nanny State lens to this 1974 film for a moment, where is the parental control here? These pre-teens seem to be totally devoid of adult supervision & in danger of having the time of their lives! And not a pederast priest in sight! Shouldn't someone phone DOCS anyway?
