I haven't seen this in 25 or so years! I was just a kid then and probably didn't understand it well enough. All I remembered was the part where the zombies rise from the ground. It's my goal to see all the horror films I remember seeing as a kid and taping them (you can have your DVRs) and TCM sometimes really comes through!

I taped this movie Friday morning on TCM Underground and watched it last night.
This movie was interesting. These old black horror films are kinda scary stuff. I didn't know we had it in us.This was more suspenseful then Blacula.

I hope TCM Underground shows Blackenstein soon.

Hey I have a question for those that have seen this movie: would you please let me know if there is a Voodoo curse/ritual performed upon any character in this film? Actually what I'd most like to know is the name of the actor(s) who plays the victim of the curse.
