What happens to Mike's dog Rover in the movie. Did Jim kick her after the boxing match and cause her to miscarry the pups? And did she die?

I think Jim slips her some acid which causes her to miscarry. I think he and Mike have a conversation about it

Hmmmm, I just saw a lot of blood and the dog whining but I assumed from Mikes attitude she was dying. Thanks for insight though.
