Wow!

I bought this movie along with 49 other movies in a box set called Chilling Classics. This movie is definitely not a chilling classic. This movie was just... la dee da dee da, love story... la dee da dee da, wilderness... la dee da dee da, RAPE... la dee da dee da, Robert Englund! I actually only watched this movie just because Robert Englund was in it. He's one of my favorite actors.

Yup, you nailed it. I've got the exact same boxed set. Wait until you stumble upon the treat, Cathy's Curse.

I guess since we paid $20 bucks for that many movies we can't really complain.....but let's do it anyway! ;-)

If my answers frighten you then you should cease asking scary questions.

Yeah i just watched this on the new 100 tales of horror set. This movie is just a mish mash. The first 40 or so minutes its like a melodrama love story. Then it's an adventure, then sort of explotation with the rape and stuff. And it ends with some hokey stuff from a poem that they just used to try to make sense out of the befuddled plot. The acting was decent, I was suprised to see Robert Englund in his second film role as a good guy heh..

I barely made it through that one. It was still better than Beast of Yucca Flats in the 50 Horror Classics collection, though. Slashed Dreams wasn't horrible (except the music) but was nothing special either.

Stand by for Ludicrous Speed......

LOL!!! I watched it online somewhere a while back, can't even remember where. I do recall I spent a lot of time pressing FF. And I know some people like the soundtrack, but it just drove me nuts.
