What a totally weird movie. Although not many people have voted on it, and it only has a 5 rating, it really deserves more attention. Very bizarre, unique film. I doubt there will ever be a DVD release, but it would cool if there was. The score was up for an Oscar.
shareI agree. This is a great, one-of-a-kind film. I just recently rewatched it, having gotten a better print, and it holds up well and continues to fascinate me.
shareI love weird movies - and often like stuff no one else likes, but I couldn't get into this one. I felt sorry for Macel (although he doesn't need my opinion), and even sorry for Castle, who's normally second in line for king of the camp (right behind Ed Wood).
