I never saw her in another film after this one...does anyone recall any other films that Schell appeared in and what she's up to today?

she apparently did a lot of TV stuff, and then she retired in the mid-90s... she did come back one more time in 2004... look at the list of what she's done on her IMDB page here: http://imdb.com/name/nm0770711/

Thanks for the link. It looks like she did a lot of later work in Britain and that's probably why I never saw her again.

though i suppose his ensuing question was not specific enough for you, i kinda got the idea that the time frame was implied by the opening statement... know what i mean?

Many kids of the 1970's (I am one) remember Catherine Schell as Maya from Space:1999. Last I heard about her, Catherine Schell ran a successful bed and breakfast

I had forgotten SPACE 1999. We faithfully watched that awful show back in the good old days. Schell was a real beauty. She is delightful in RETURN, playful and flirtatious and thoroughly enjoying herself.

Yep. I just saw Return this weekend for the first time since I was a little kid, and as soon as I saw Lady Litton I knew I'd seen her before. It took me several minutes to realize she was Maya from Space 1999. But if I hadn't just watched that entire series on DVD just a few years ago, I never would have figured it out.

I recommend On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969). She is so beautiful in this. BTW: I consider this one of the best Bond films. It also co-stars a luscious Diana Rigg in it.
