Anyone know why Alex Cord didn't do the sequel? I liked both actors, but I was just curious to know why Ted Cassidy was the only holdover from the original film.

shareI don't know I agree with what the other poster stated maybe the producers and the network thought John Saxon was a better actor, I saw both actors in the role Mr. Saxon looks like he could handle himself in a fight, and i thought this even before I knew he was a black belt in karate or having seen him years later with Bruce Lee in the film "Enter the Dragon".
Movies will make you famous; Television will make you rich; But theatre will make you good.
Rip Cord and deploy Saxxon.
