Abysmal Thriller

As something of a connoisseur of 60's & 70's horror/psycho thrillers I was quite looking forward to this one, as it was one of the few I hadn't seen. Oh dear.

I've seen some bad films in my time but this really was a shocker. A sort of bargain bucket Whatever happended to Baby Jane with a comatose Lana Turner in the title role. Ralph Bates as the put upon son looks as though he wants to be elsewhere and Patrick Allen who had such a splendid speaking voice only gets about three words (all swearing).

Mind you the cat wasn't a bad actress..
