Redford stole Beatty's work without attribution

Listen to the theme's of Parallex and All the Presidet's Men ... exactly the same. Camera work done by Gordon Willis on both films. Producers - Alan J. Pakula on both films. Use of darkness at key moments to enhance dramatic effects ... identical even in broad daylight - expecially in broad daylight, going from darkness to stark light. No one brings this up as Redford ripping off Beatty? Parallex released in 1974 - President's men released in 1976. Sure the events of 'Men" happened 1971-1974 but the vehicle to tell the story was Beatty's in 1973-1974 and Redford stole it.

Redford is so full of himself and when he's not, he's full of SxxT.

lol How is this Redford ripping off Beatty? Neither produced, directed or wrote their respective films, they just acted in them. Your Dittoheadedness is showing.

Redford stole Beatty's work without attribution

Uh...not quite...both films were shot by the great Gordon Willis....don't think a cinematographer can be accused of ripping off himself

reply

Occam's razor, both films directed by Pakula. ffs.
