The Arpels return?

When the carnival-goers take turns riding the horse and the donkey, the suited-up husband and the wife who tries to restrain him look *just* like Monsieur and Madame Arpel from Mon Oncle, only fifteen years on.

IMDb doesn't credit the people playing those two parts and I was wondering if anyone could substantiate or rubbish this? Would be a nice nod to the earlier film.
