made in 1974 and we still dont listen to the save the earth message

this film told us we are destroying the earth although in a rather OTT way just like the hippies did and anti nuke and anti war movies did but we laffed it all off as silly nonsence. look at the world now ok theres no mutent slugs or 400 foot reptiles but the world is dying and us along with it.
the film itself raises some very real issues from global warming to polution and abortion
