Blood Money aka Stranger + The Gunfighter finally on Region 1 DVD USA

A US DVD company called VIDEOASIA has finally released on Region 1 DVD here in the US, the classic 1874 spachetti western/chop socky film known as BLOOD MONEY aka THE STRANGER AND THE GUNFIGHTER starring Lee Van Cleef and Lo Lieh directed by Antonio Margharetti aka Anthony M. Dawson. It's in remastered Anamorphic widescreen 2,35 format in English but with no extras but chapter selection. The DVD cover box says "BLOOD MONEY" with Lee van Cleef & Lo Lieu as part of Videoasia's "Shaw Brothers Dynasty Collection" and it looks quite good, but it's running time is 96 minutes, so I really don't know if this version is cut(the IMDB lists this film's running time as between 100 and 105 minutes and this version has the main titles in French as La Brute, Le Colt Et Le Karate(IMDB lists this movie under it's Spanish title, El Karate, El Colt y El Impostor) but it's great to finally see this Van Cleef classic on DVD in the US and very cheap too( price $10.00)
