There's a lot of great lines in this classic flick, I can't pick one definitive fave but here are my top three...
"I EAT Avenue J!" (This one would maybe be my #1!)
"In my bathtub." (The way Stallone casually and non-chalantly makes that low-key joke in the ring store is totally classic. He is SO great in this flick.)
"I guess never." (Chico to Jane when she asks when he's going to grow up.)

Almost too many fave lines to count, but I like these:
"He's got the keys!" (said after Butchey discovers Wimpy foudn the keys. Such relief and desperation at the same time.
"I lied" (said by Stanley, when he discovers that by watching amovie one can not just go hot wire a car)
Stanley's whole monologue about using your imagination to go all over the world was simply wonderful; it's a very touching and lovely scene that's exceptionally acted by Sylvestor Stallone. I also really liked the egg cream guy's little talk with Butchey.
"Warren Oates died for our sins"
I agree. Stanley said, "You ain't never gonna see no Chinese in Tokyo".
And Butchey knows that Eddie is right.

"STELLLAAAAA!!!!.......STELLLLAAAAAA!!!!"
"Why dont you do me a favor and run your teeth on the curb"....Stanley tells Annie in the jewelry store,him and Frannie are arguing
