Yes, and it's exceptional.
Pure 70's goodness. Fantastic ending. Interesting reflection on vigilantism. Ernest Borgnine at his best. Karen Black at her zaniest. Genuinely funny (the opening sequence's series of ludicrous thefts, the "F*ck-you kid", the crazy anti-rape campaign advisor..). One of Angelo Badalamenti's very first score (as Andy Badale!).
