I remember a TV show based on the comic. Has that come out on DVD?

Yes, I agree - I've seen several episodes of the TV series, and would like to buy them on DVD, to complete the collection. I couldn't find them so far...
Has anybody found a source/link?

Yes, the episodes were like shorter movies, at least to me. Style, script, it's much alike, just shorter.

i seen the complete first season on dvd with english subtitles on ebay but that was like a month ago

Really?? Did the series use the same actors who played Ogami Ito & Daigoro?

No. Nakamura Kinnosuke played Itto. There were three seasons of 78 episodes. The movies covered about 1/3 of the story. The tv series pretty much covers the whole manga to the final duel.

The TV series is great!!! It's so much better than the movies. I was so glad to see that they got someone better for Itto. Nakamura Kinnosuke looked more like Itto and acted more like him.
