It Felt Like a Sequel

Both the title and the plot of this movie seemed to indicate to me that it was a sequel to another movie. I mean I expected to find that there was an earlier movie called 'Percy' or 'Percy's Pecker' with the story of both how and why he came to get the world's first penis transplant.
