Who owns the rights to this one?

I have to ask, since I keep getting no, no and no everywhere I ask.

Who owns the legal rights to this movie? Anchorbay and Image bought it from Lionsgate, Lionsgate used to have it since their 1997 fusion with Cinépix who produced it. They tell me they previously held the rights, but no longer have the rights to it. And that tey're unfortunately unable to confirm who holds the rights for this title now.

Anyone out there that might know if it went back to some person? And no, its not Friedman.
