In the early scenes 'prisoner' DeVaney who at the mercy of Wardressess Bates and Walker is hurriedly ordered to undress: DeVaney: "But I don't understand?"
Walker: "Your'e not here to understand, your'e here to be bathed and checked for vermin! now get your clothes off!" brilliant script-they don't make them like that anymore! The omnipotent Sheila Keith was superb in any film she starred in.

I haven't seen the other films she made, but if this is a good example of her work, yes, she was.

Wonderful actress, and perfectly intimidating in this film.

I'll never forget the first time I saw here- genuinely creepy without cliche histironics. Amazing actress.
