How was this zombie able to breathe?

BTW Every Zombie movie has this same overlooked detail.

This movie came out shortly after Night of the Living Dead though in we really didn't get that up close and personal with the respiratory function of Zombies.

BTW #2 I can't stand running zombies as seems to be the trend nowadays starting with Dawn of the Dead from 2004. I would like to know I could outrun one for at least a short distance. DOTD had zombies who could probably run a marathon.

You're joking, right?

It's a reanimated corpse, do we need to know how it's able to breathe?

BTW I have no problem with running zombies. Now a days, slow lumbering zombies just aren't very scary.
